The Fool’s Path

With Murray Bodo, ofm and Victoria Bennett

"We must be willing to get rid of the life we planned,

so as to have the life that is waiting for us."

(Joseph Campbell)

At the beginning of all journeys, one must be willing to take the step of the Fool.  An inclusive and inspiring Break, guided by world renowned spiritual author, poet and Franciscan priest, Murray Bodo, ofm, and Blissfool founder and poet, Victoria Bennett, the retreat will look at what it means to ‘Journey’.  Exploring this theme through poetry and the words of mystics, it offers a moment in your own journey to engage in your own journey through reflection, writing and discovery. Suitable for anyone seeking to embrace and explore their Fool’s Path.

Your venue for this Blissfool Day Retreat is The Yurt at Ravenbridge Mill, Eden - a secluded and beautiful private home in the heart of Eden.

Guides: Murray Bodo, ofm & Victoria Bennett

Venue: The Yurt, Ravenbridge Mill

Cost:  £40 full /£25 concession  (includes refreshments, homemade cakes/breads and a home-cooked, locally sourced lunch)

Fools in Residence

Every Fool needs helpers and guides along the way. Those people who inspire us to keep on the path, that spark our imaginations and our hearts and give us that little bit of courage when we need it most. Because we believe that the world is full of beautiful Fools, we thought it would be good to let you meet some of the ones that have inspired us on our life adventure. Throughout the year, we will be bringing you our very own online Fools-in-Residence, giving you the opportunity to share the path with some truly inspiring travellers. Take a look now and discover the beautiful music of the Troubadours of Divine Bliss. Awesome!

Tips and Reflections from the Road

There will be opportunity to listen online to selected reflections and readings by our Blissfool authors, available free to download. More on this soon...

There will be more on this very soon, so keep checking back.

And finally...

We know that sometimes life can give us joy and sometimes, it can challenge us to the core. At those times, we have to look a bit harder, a bit deeper, to find the beauty. But it is there, along with the Love. Just keep on the path, and whatever your journey this year, wherever you are, keep daring to dance...
